- Identity Parameters: Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
- Financial Signatures: M-Pesa transaction metadata necessary for seat reservation verification.
- Operational History: Volunteer shift logs, attendance records, and QR code scans.
2. Storage & Infrastructure
Your data is encrypted and housed within our secure backend architecture (Supabase). We do not sell, graft, or transmit your biological or digital data to third-party marketing entities. Data is retained strictly for the duration necessary to maintain active crew rosters, verify ticket legitimacy, and operate the digital turnstile.
3. Communication & AI Context
Interactions with our embedded conversational agents (e.g., Fellini/Gaffer) are logged anonymously to improve system logic and contextual rendering. By subscribing to our dispatch, you consent to receive transmission emails regarding upcoming screenings. You may sever this connection at any time via the unsubscribe protocol in the footer of said emails.
4. Patient Rights
You maintain the right to request a full extraction or deletion of your data from our servers. To initiate a purge protocol, contact the production team directly.
