1. Ticketing & Admissions
All digital passes generated by the Falutin Fam architecture are strictly non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by the system administrator.
- Transactions processed via M-Pesa are final upon successful receipt of the QR code payload.
- The digital turnstile strictly enforces capacity limits. A valid QR code does not guarantee physical entry if the venue has suffered an infrastructural failure or capacity override.
- Refunds are processed solely at the discretion of the production team in the event of a screening cancellation.
2. Volunteer Operational Parameters
Users registering via the Crew Portal agree to fulfill their assigned physical duties (e.g., Usher, Scanner). Volunteer passes are tethered to specific shift parameters. Failure to execute assigned duties or attend the event after claiming a slot disrupts system logistics and may result in a permanent ban from future crew rosters.
3. Conduct & Atmosphere
Falutin Fam enforces a strict operational baseline of respect during cinematic discussions. Any biological entity disrupting the conversation, harassing other attendees, or damaging venue infrastructure will be immediately excised from the premises by physical security.
4. Liability Suture
Falutin Fam operates as an independent cinematic community. We assume no liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained during physical events. Attendees enter the screening venue at their own risk.
